Friday
6pm
You arrive at one of Plettenberg Bay´s self-catering accommodation establishments. Once you've settled in, make sure to visit one of our pristine beaches; the atmosphere is sure to energise even the weariest of travellers.
7pm
Head over to Offthehook or The Lookout Deck for dinner, casual family dining experiences with fresh local seafood and other fare. Family-run and family-focused, Offthehook and The Lookout Deck ensure that children and adults can have a wonderful dining experience together.
Saturday
8:30am
Take a morning stroll down Main street to La Fournil, a perfect spot for French, home-baked morning pastries and coffee. Take an outside table in the courtyard, and divide your time between people watching, shopping and soaking up the sun.

Follow the N2 towards Port Elizabeth, and it will bring you to several of our premier wildlife experiences, the Elephant Sanctuary, Monkeyland and Birds of Eden. Get a different perspective on South African wildlife, and learn all about the creatures that live there from the people who take care of them.
Noon
The Kitchen Cafe is a favourite among both children and adults, and is in a perfect location right in the middle of Main Street. Enjoy amazing pizzas, pasta, fresh sushi, amazing seafood and other delicacies while you enjoy the great ocean views.
1:30pm
After a morning of interacting with local wildlife, it's time to meet Plett´s other indigenous, year-round locals. Board Ocean Blue Adventures for a trip out to the open ocean to view orcas, dolphins, humpback whales and southern right whales (depending on the season). Don't forget to book and enquire for tips on what to wear and what to bring!

Nguni Restaurant has history as one of the oldest buildings in Plettenberg Bay. Their menu is a delightful mixture of continental items with a local, South African twist. Sunday

A family tradition, breakfast at Market on Main is the perfect way to fuel up before hitting the Robberg Nature Reserve Trail, located just 5 minutes away. There are two trails, one for the not-so adventurous and one for those with a little more gusto! You can take a guided tour with Glen from Glen´s Guided Tours, or you can enquire about other hiking trails with a guide from Bhejane Adventures. Regardless of where you decide to hike or walk, don´t forget your walking shoes, sunscreen and a hat.

Lions and rhinos and hippos, oh my! It's time to hop in a different four-wheeled vehicle " your car" for a ride out to Plettenberg Bay Game Reserve before you head home. You won't just meet lions and rhinos and hippos but also zebra and many more types of wild buck.

Tonight you´ll eat at the restaurant acclaimed by many visitors and locals as one of the most romantic in Plettenberg Bay, The Med Seafood Bistro. The food is delectable, and the venue has plenty of nooks and crannies where you and your partner can feel like you´re in your own private world.

Wake up, remember that you´re on a romantic escape, snuggle up to your partner, and go back to sleep.

Once you´ve enjoyed breakfast in bed or on the terrace, take a trip to Central Beach for a kayak tour for two with Ocean Safaris. Take turns paddling along the Plettenberg Bay coastline spotting seals, dolphin, and possibly even some whales.

Nguni Restaurant is unassuming on the outside. Step inside and you´ll be transported to a romantic, bistro with a South African flair, complete with beautiful local photography and delicious traditional African entrees with a twist on your plate.

The Grand Cafe & Rooms is situated in the heart of Plettenberg Bay. Book couples package and enjoy a Swedish full-body massage, accompanied by a bottle of bubbly, followed by an Indian Head and Shoulders massage and a Hand and Feet Exfoliation massage. Then adjourn to the deck to enjoy a Grand Cafe-style luncheon whilst overlooking Plettenberg Bays pristine beaches, Keurbooms lagoon and extraordinary Tsitsikamma Mountain views.
