RUS EN RAAS is in the holiday heart of Plettenberg Bay, and only 5 minutes’ walk from the beaches and from town. It has a 180degr. panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the lagoon. As the original Rus en Raas, now completely renovated, was one of the first two holiday homes built in Plett, our grandfather was able to choose the best site with the best view! Rus en Raas has a lovely garden, with shady outside braai area and a secure lock up garage.

SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION:

There are two spacious and well-appointed units:

The Robberg unit consists of a bedroom with either twin beds or a king size bed, bathroom ensuite and private lounge.

The Tzitzikamma unit consists of a twin bed (or king size bed) bedroom, an adjoining twin bed bedroom, own bathroom, and private lounge with full DSTV. (This adjoining room will only be let to members of the same party renting the first bedroom, and will share the bathroom with their friends/family).

There are tea/coffee making facilities, and a bar fridge in both lounges.

Rates from R500 per person per day, sharing.

Short stays: No breakfast is provided, but rusks/tea/coffee and bar fridge will be in lounge. Minimal use of kitchen allowed.

Longer stays: A self-catering option is available for ± 6 persons for a minimum of one week during the year, and 2 weeks during December and January. This includes the Robberg and Tzitzikamma units, a spacious dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and patio – in other words, the whole private bottom storey of Rus en Raas, with its own private entrance. There is a shady outside braai in the garden, and a secure, lock up garage.

Rates from R2500 per day during the year, and R3000 per day in peak season.
