Terms & Conditions:
  • Low Season: 50% deposit or credit card number is required 30 days prior to guests arrival
  • High & Peak Season: 50% non refundable deposit required 6 months prior to arrival, balance due 3 months prior to arrival
  • Refunds of deposits / pre-payments are at discretion of management and are dependent on the availability to re-let the rooms. Payment from a tour operator or travel agent should be made via internet/bank transfer.
Cancellation:
  • Low season
    30 15 days prior to arrival = 50% cancellation on total
    14 8 days prior to arrival = 75% cancellation on total
    7 0 days prior to arrival = 100% on total
  • High & Peak season
    6 months prior to arrival = 50% cancellation on total
    3 months prior to arrival = 75% cancellation on total
    1 month prior to arrival = 100% cancellation on total
